Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted as we start processing your jewellery orders immediately due to customization and fast dispatch services.
💰 Refund Policy
We at IFA Mall take extra care to deliver your jewellery safely and in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied or received a defective/damaged product, please go through the below terms:
You can request a refund or replacement within 2 days of receiving the product.
To initiate a refund, kindly share an unboxing video and photos of the product on our WhatsApp at +91 8700665207 or email at ifamall@gmail.com.
Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:
Wrong product received
Defective or damaged item
Product not matching the description
❌ Non-Refundable Items
Products without an unboxing video proof.
Customised jewellery or made-to-order products.
Orders after the 2 days return period.
🔄 Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer.
You will be notified via WhatsApp or email once your refund has been initiated.
